God has appointed you for influence
"We, however, will not boast beyond measure, but within the limits of the sphere which God appointed us - a sphere which especially includes you." 2 Cor. 10:13.
Some are called to represent God in the sphere of music, media, business, politics, religion, arts, sports, in full-time ministry, etc. Do not compare yourself with others. We each have our own calling, gifts, and talents according to purpose. Comparison with others can either lead to discouragement as you feel that you are not doing enough, or to pride because you think that you are better than others.
Jesus was focused in His calling: "My food," said Jesus, "is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work." John 4:34. Jesus never travelled to India or China. He knew His purpose, His timing and territorial influence, and He was satisfied with doing His Father's will. Mary's sphere of influence was to be a mother to Jesus and her children. Mary was not a CEO. She was a wife to Joseph and in her role as a mother and wife, she was blessed with great significance. From her womb came Jesus, the Messiah. She was the envy of every Jewish girl. Elizabeth said of Mary: "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the child you will bear! But why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?" Luke 1:42-43.
It brings confidence to know that God has chosen specific spheres of influence for you. He will open the right doors for you; create the right connections; bring you the right mentors and help you towards your purpose for your life. The blue print for your life is already created by God. Pray, believe, and be ready to step in your bright future.
