The joy of the Lord is my strength By Dr Pat Francis

"He will yet fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy." (Job 8:21).

Laughter is the fruit of a happy heart. The enemy will send circumstances your way to rob you of your joy and to silence your laughter. Job was attacked in many areas of his life but his greatest attack came from judgmental friends. They attacked his mind with confusion and tried to fill his soul with condemnation.  Job stood firm on the truth he knew and resisted them with the word of God.

The Bible says that God laughs at the enemy. "The one enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them." (Ps. 2:4). Yes God laughs at your enemy's attacks of slander, curses, threats, lies, and manipulation.

Today receive God's blessing and deliverance from His Word: "The LORD will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways."  (Deut. 7:7). Praise the Lord your God. Rejoice in the Lord always as He fills your mouth with laughter and your soul with joy. You will outlive and outlast your enemies. Remember, "The joy of the Lord is your strength!"

Kingdom Declaration:
The joy of the Lord is my strength.
