Manifesting Glory of God by Dr Pat Francis

"Elijah went befor the people and said, "How long will you waver between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow him; but if Baal is God, follow him." But the people said nothing." (1 Kings 18:21).
Elijah was one of the greatest prophets that ever lived.  He preached and encouraged the Israelis and priests to turn their hearts back to God. He manifested the CHAYIL (powerful great) Glory of God in his life and ministry.
The key to Elijah's confidence:
1)  He knew His God. "But the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits." (Daniel 11:32). He didn't just know about God but he knew God in strong relationship.
2)  He was confident in God's protection. His life was threatened by Kings, witches, and occult priests but they could not harm him.
3)  He knew his purpose.  He challenged Jezebel, priestess of Satan and triggered revival in Israel. "When all the people saw this (Elijah's manifested CHAYIL Glory of God), they fell prostrate and cried, 'The LORD - he is God! The LORD - he is God!'" (1 Kings 18:39).
The King of Glory whom Elijah served is now in every Christian believer, "Christ in you, the hope of glory." (Colossians 1:27). The Bible declares:"The glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; For the mouth of the LORD has spoken." (Isaiah 40:5). CHAYIL Gloryis the manifested power and glory of our LORD Jesus Christ in and through His servants. Heaven is filled with God's Glory.  Now the earth shall also be filled with His glory through His glorified servants on earth.
Kingdom Declaration:
The Glory of the LORD is rising upon me to bring glory to the name of Jesus Christ.
Read the Bible in One Year: Isaiah 3-4; Galatians 6.
