This will include air, hotel, and car reservations. You will provide solutions to meet customer needs, and drive sales through extraordinary service interactions that demonstrate product value, travel/destination knowledge, and effective usage of systems and tools. You will ensure that customer requirements are resolved in accordance with industry compliance, and stated performance metrics. What qualities are we looking for?
