God’s will for our lives is to enjoy good health but the fall of man brought a lot of sickness and frailties into the lives of men. The Devil afflicts with all kinds of diseases but Christ Jesus has come to give abundant health, peace and joy. Jesus clearly tells us in John 10:10 “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” He came and died for us to reconcile us back to God, and also to give us life abundantly. He took our pains and grieves. He was bruised for our iniquities and offers us healing by the stripes He took. It is not His will for us to be sick, and He has the power to heal and restore us back to good health whenever we need it. God wants you healed. He has sent His word to you. Hebrews 4:12 reminds us that the word is alive and it is active, sharper than a two-edged sword. Know the scriptures for yourself; you’ve got to know it like the back of your hand. This would help you to fight the good fight of faith. When you do, it will activate healing in your life.
