Day 2 - Relationship E-Series
You Are Not Alone

.

God is a triune being, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and you were created in His image as a three-part being. The three parts of a human are
called the spirit, soul and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23Hebrews 4:12). The spirit is your innermost being giving you life. The soul is your decision-making, thinking and feeling faculty. The body is the physical house which holds you together. As a spirit being you will live eternally either separated from God in utter darkness or with Him forever in complete light.

This is very important to understand because it reveals our need for a Saviour.

Jesus!
Jesus is here to help fill this void in your life and He is a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He understands what you’re going through. He understands the complexities of your . He not only understands them, but He’s well equipped to help.

Jesus voluntarily left all the glory of heaven and everything He had there, including a wonderful relationship with His Father, to come to earth to help you.
That had to be quite a change in itself, but it was just the beginning of what He endured for you.

He was publicly humiliated, beaten beyond recognition and then executed in a very cruel, painful way for something He didn’t do.

Hanging on the cross He cried, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” (Matthew 27:46MEV). Jesus must have felt traumatic loneliness from the pain and rejection He had just suffered and from the separation from His heavenly Father.

So Tomiwa, He .

The good news is Jesus didn’t stay rejected or alone, and you don’t have to either. He is with you right now, willing and able to help you (Hebrews 4:14-16).

After paying the full price for our redemption, Jesus was raised from the dead by the Holy Spirit, so that you will never be alone again.

In Hebrews 13:5 the Lord said He would never leave you or forsake you. He is available to you all the time. Even in times when you feel alone, you can call out to God and know that He is right there with you. Even though you can't physically see Him, learn to rely upon His presence to fill any void or loneliness.
Today, listen to Stella’s testimony as she went through a time of deep loneliness and disappointment.
However, by walking with God andspending time in the Word of God,she was able to take control of her feelings and receive strength from the truth in the Word of God.
