"Yet I will show love to the house of Judah; and I will save them - not by bow, sword or battle, or by horses and horsemen, but by the Lord their God." Hosea 1:7
Today God is promising you two things:
1) He will show His love to you. The Psalmist wrote, "When I said, 'My foot is slipping,' your love, O Lord, supported me. When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought joy to my soul." Ps. 94:17,18. God's love for you is strength when you are weak; support when you are falling; grace when you need encouragement; your anchor in a storm.
2) He will save you by strength. His Notice, God did not say, "I might save them," but "I will save them." This is definite assurance for definite results. The Lord Almighty is your Savior.
Today, rest in God's love and powerful saving grace. There are times when we don't have the strength to finish what we started, power to move the obstacle before us, to follow through with the demands set before us, and God comes with assurance, "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the LORD Almighty." Zech. 4:6. God loves you and He will save you by His Spirit and strength.
Kingdom Declaration:
My God will save me by His Spirit and deliver me by His power.
