Priority is the master of one's life

"One thing I ask of the Lord, this is what I seek:  that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek Him in His temple."  Psalm 27:4.

Priority is the master of one's life.  It controls the present and dictates the future.  A dream can never become a reality without the right priorities in life.  Accomplishments are made through sacrifice, determination, and keeping the right priorities.

Albert Day writes, "A pianist cannot risk his finger in a baseball.  The painter cannot imperil his eyes for the sake of his appetite.  The singer must scrupulously guard not only her throat but her general health as well."

Suggested Priorities:
1)  Put God first above all things.  Practice to pray every day; read God's Word every day and listen to His voice every day.  Be aware of His abiding Presence in and with you.
2)  Love your family.  Family can be biological or divine connections for God's purpose.  Trenton Lee Stewart says: "You must remember, family is often born of blood, but it doesn't depend on blood. Nor is it exclusive of friendship. Family members can be your best friends, you know. And best friends, whether or not they are related to you, can be your family."  Live to love.
3)  Love your neighbor as yourself.  Practice kindness to others and sow seeds for a harvest of kindness in return.

When God is your priority, His protection and provision is your security.  His promises: "Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:33).

Kingdom Declaration:
My priority and passion is to love the LORD my God with all my heart and life.
