The Power of His Word

"Remember your word to your servant, for you have given me hope.  My comfort in my suffering is this:  Your promise preserves my Life."  Psalm 119:49,50.   Many people have had their lives changed by one word from God.  For the disciples it was: "Come, follow me and I will make you fishers of men."  They left their businesses and went into full service for the cause of Jesus.  Missionary and pioneer William Carey introduced the gospel to India after being touched by the words of Isaiah, "Enlarge the place of your tent."  Ten lepers were healed after they believed and acted upon the words of Jesus, "Go, show yourselves to the priests."  It was as they went in obedience to His Word that they were healed.    Martin Luther was greatly influenced by the verse, "The just shall live by faith."  He started a revolution that released Christians from the burden of being saved by their own righteousness, works, and goodness.  He taught them what He believed in, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith -and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God." Ephesians 2:8.   Believe and be encouraged by God's word to you, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me," says the LORD." Isaiah 54:17, NKJV.  Be 'saved' by the grace of Jesus Christ and be 'safe' in the power of His protection and grace for you.   Kingdom Dynamics: I am saved and safe in the Love and Power of Jesus Christ.  @Dr Pat Francis +Chayil Women International  @chayil$
