When you’re wounded, there will always be people that—instead of being healers, instead of lifting you, instead of pouring on oil to sooth the wound, instead of helping you get back on your feet—will judge you by your mistakes and try to disqualify you. But people don’t have the final say. They didn’t call you; they didn’t breathe life into you; they didn’t know you before you were formed in your mother’s womb. They may write you off, but don’t worry, God has already written you in. He chose you before you could choose Him. The scripture says His calling on your life is irrevocable.
