Freedom from shame

"That is why I am suffering as I am.  Yet I am not ashamed, because I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him for that day."  2 Timothy 1:12.

Confidence in suffering is the epitome of strength and maturity.  Paul during his trial guarded his heart from shame.  Shame is deception trying to steal your confidence.  People cannot put shame upon you because 'all have sinned' and fallen short of perfection.  All need forgiveness and all qualify to be ashamed of something or another. No one is perfect.

Jesus, the only perfect One, took our shame on the cross and gave us His righteousness.  Be confident that if you have entrusted yourself in God's care, He is able to keep you. In your season of trial, trust in God.  Trials are seed for greater glory.  Great battles qualify you for great glory.

Resist the devil and he and his shame will flee from you. Mistakes of the past are teaching tools for a greater tomorrow. Be convinced in the security of God, "What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?" Romans 8:31. Be confident in God who is with you, for you, and in you, "Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." Philippians 1:6.

Kingdom Declaration:
Jesus Christ took my shame on the cross so now I am free to live, love, and grow in His Glory
